With experience at Husky Technologies and Northern Power Systems, he oversaw the upgrade to our [40,000 sq ft facility](https://www.benchmarkspacesystems.com/news/post/welcome-to-benchmarks-new-headquarters) and continues to oversee vertical integration with expanded [testing](https://www.benchmarkspacesystems.com/company#slide-2-1) and [production](https://www.benchmarkspacesystems.com/company#slide-1-1) capabilities.  **Time at Benchmark:** 3 years What projects are you working on? Operational Excellence is a broad role designed to collaborate with the organization to identify and resolve operational constraints and challenges to delivering customer commitments. I have touchpoints with every department in our organization, from operations to production to business development and marketing. ![Craig and Family-1](https://www.benchmarkspacesystems.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Craig%20and%20Family-1.jpeg?width=400&height=300&name=Craig%20and%20Family-1.jpeg)What do you do for fun outside of work?
